Last week was all about Christmassy stuff! My dad and I went on our annual Christmas market trip, the gift shopping frenzy begun, and we had a photoshoot with my sister-in-law and her family.
It’s starting to look a lot like winter over here! We had some snow, but not that much, and it all melted away quickly. During the weekend we got our Christmas tree, and only lost two baubles in the decorating process 😉
Mark and I got to enjoy a couple of dates 🙂 We saw the movie Justice League. I usually quite like superhero movies, but this one was disappointing in my opinion. We also received tickets for a stand-up comedy show at our local theater unexpectedly, from someone who was unable to make it that evening. And for our anniversary, we went to have all-you-can-eat sushi! I’d been looking forward to it for months, because I LOVE sushi 🙂
I spent a lot of time sewing since I had to finish and ship several orders from my Etsy shop. So unfortunately I didn’t have time for garment sewing, but I did listen to a couple of Love to Sew podcasts. Their podcast is very well done and it’s so interesting to hear the stories of different indie pattern designers! A new episode is available every Tuesday.
See you next week!
I recently added a lot of new A5 zippered cases to the shop! They are perfect for keeping your bullet journals, notebooks, sketchbooks and pens in one place. Each case holds up to two A5 journals like the Leuchtturm1917 and Moleskine. A large inner pocket with snap button makes it easy to find your favourite pens 🙂 Here are a few cases which are currently available at my shop!

In November I started with a monthly doodle/lettering memories page. Two weeks in I decided to make it a weekly page in a new notebook, so I have a little more room 🙂
Highlights last week were visiting my friends and their newborn, finally hemming and wearing my first me-made camisole, and my chocolate galore Milka advent calendar! Of course I did finish the monthly pages I started, here they are:
Last month we watched the second season of Stranger Things, absolutely love it but WHYYY did they only make nine episodes!! It was way too short 😦
I spent a lot of time sewing and also got a bunch of new patterns to make some clothes for myself. I’ll share my first camisole on the blog soon 🙂
And I surprised myself by actually finishing a game! I received Uncharted 4 for my birthday in October, and as I was playing it, there were several references to the previous games. I’ve owned Uncharted 1, 2 and 3 for years and I was convinced I had played all of them. After a glance through my trophy list, it turns out I only finished Uncharted 3. So I had to go back to the first game and finish it! 🙂
